Under the agreement between the Canadian Institute for Knowledge Development (CIKD) and European Knowledge Development Institute (EUROKD), the publishing right and ownership of the journal titled "Management Issues in Healthcare System" has been completely transferred to EUROKD from 2022. All the published articles before and after 2022 are available in EUROKD’s database.
Although there are a lot of journals in the field of management and health, there are a few, if any, journals focusing exclusively on management issues in the healthcare system. Management Issues in Healthcare System (MIHS) aims to bridge the perceived gap regarding a journal that exclusively focuses on exploring major issues of management in the healthcare system in depth. This journal caters to the immediate and urgent needs of policy-makers, managers, practitioners, experts, and researchers in this field of inquiry. MIHS publishes empirical quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method and theoretical research articles in the scope of healthcare system management, health policy and planning, strategies, healthcare innovation, and program interventions and related issues which inquire into the emergent and urgent need of the practitioners in the field of the healthcare system.
