<p style="text-align: justify;">The purpose of the study&nbsp;is to develop a scale measuring &ldquo;situational strength at work&rdquo; drawing on&nbsp;qualitative methods. This study contributes to the literature by using focus&nbsp;group and interview methods. The existing scale to measure this construct is based&nbsp;on the previously described theoretical universe. For item generation, nine&nbsp;interviews and one focus group studies are conducted. In order to measure&nbsp;content validity, interrater reliability index is calculated, and found as&nbsp;satisfactory.</p>
