The New Challenges in Accounting and Finance (NCAF) is firmly committed to fostering open scientific exchange and ensuring that high-quality research remains accessible to the global academic community. We are pleased to announce that, effective from the year 2025, all publication processes within NCAF are entirely free of charge. Authors are not required to pay any Article Processing Charges (APCs), submission fees, or publication fees at any stage, from initial manuscript submission to final publication.

This financial model is made possible through the generous support of our institutional sponsors. Through formal agreements with the Australian International Academic Centre (AIAC, Agreement No. 10.11.9854), EMSEI (Agreement No. 119/432), and the Business and Finance Education Center of Egitim Danismanlik Group, our essential operational costs are fully subsidized. These sponsorships cover the expenses associated with Digital Object Identifier (DOI) registration, digital archiving, plagiarism detection software, and other vital infrastructure requirements.

However, because the journal operates on a strictly limited budget provided by these sponsors, our financial and operational capacities are constrained. Consequently, NCAF operates on a biannually publication schedule and is limited to publishing a maximum of 5 to 6 articles per issue. This restriction ensures that we can maintain rigorous quality control and high editorial standards for every published manuscript without exceeding our funding limits.

Furthermore, the sustainability of NCAF relies heavily on the dedication of our academic community. Our editorial board members and peer reviewers collaborate on a strictly voluntary basis, dedicating their time and expertise free of charge to support the advancement of knowledge. We deeply appreciate their deliberate and invaluable contributions to the journal’s mission.
